Sautéed Vegetables with HABITAT AOVE

A delicious and healthy way to incorporate more vegetables into your diet. Sautéed in organic extra virgin olive oil and flavoured with fresh herbs, these vegetables retain their natural texture and flavour. A versatile dish that can be served on its own, as a side dish or as a base for other preparations.

Ingredients:

  • 1 courgette
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 handful of asparagus
  • 2 tablespoons organic extra virgin olive oil
  • Thyme or fresh rosemary
  • Salt and pepper

Preparation:

  1. Wash and cut the vegetables into strips or slices.
  2. Heat the oil in a large frying pan.
  3. Add the vegetables and sauté for 7-10 minutes over medium heat.
  4. Add salt, pepper and herbs at the end.
