Ingredients:

  • 1 cup cooked quinoa
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 handful of fresh spinach
  • 1 grated carrot
  • 1 boiled egg (or marinated tofu for vegan option)
  • 1 tablespoon seeds (sesame, chia or flax)
  • 2 tablespoons organic extra virgin olive oil
  • Lemon juice

Preparation:
